Clear images/videos showing the product, batch details, mono-carton, and outer packaging
If the shipment packaging is damaged or resealed, do not accept the delivery and notify us immediately with an unboxing video.
Once we receive your details, we will respond within 3 working days. Approved exchanges will have a reverse pick-up arranged. Refunds take 10-15 days to process after approval.
Return instructions:
Return products in original packaging with the receipt and a document stating your details, order number, and package contents. Email this document and images of the package to your Customer Care contact.
