At Forest Essentials, every product is crafted with utmost care using the highest quality Ayurvedic ingredients and goes through rigorous testing to meet our safety and efficacy standards.
However, we understand that each individual's skin is unique, and sometimes, what may seem like a product quality issue could actually be a reaction due to skin sensitivity that was previously unknown.

If you believe a product you’ve used has caused discomfort, irritation, or has not met expectations, please don’t worry — we’re here to help.
While this may not always indicate a defect in the product, we are happy to arrange a quality test for your peace of mind.
How to Raise a Product Quality Concern
Please email us at service@forestessentialsindia.com within 7 days of receiving the product and include:
Your order number
Name of the product in question
Soundarya Club membership details (if applicable)
A brief description of the concern
Clear images or videos showing the issue
An image of the back label with batch details clearly visible
Next Steps After Raising a Concern
Our team will review your email and respond within 24–48 hours.
If needed, we may arrange a consultation with our in-house Ayurvedic Doctor within 2 working days to better understand your experience.
Based on the Doctor’s recommendation, we may request a sample of the product for a detailed quality assessment.
Sending a Sample for Testing
To maintain hygiene and protect your personal product from contact during the testing process, we request you to send a small amount of the product in a clean, sealed container.
Along with the sample, please include:
A copy of the original receipt
A note with:
Your name and address
Order number
Dispatch address
A list of contents in the package
Also, kindly email this document and share images of the reverse pick-up packaging (inside and outside) with our Customer Care team.
Quality Test Timeline & Outcome
Once we receive the sample, our quality team will assess it and share a report within 7 working days.
If the product is found to have a quality issue, we will initiate an exchange within 7 days of the report.
The entire process may take up to 3 weeks, including shipping and inspection time.
Important Notes:
No refunds will be issued.
Damages due to misuse, neglect, or incorrect application are not covered under our return/exchange policy.
Exchanges are not applicable for:
Personal dislike of fragrance, color, or texture
Allergic/skin reactions not supported by a quality issue
General dissatisfaction unrelated to a verifiable defect
