At Forest Essentials retail stores, we kindly request all customers to handle products with due care and attention. This responsibility extends to:

  • Products on display

  • Testers and samplers available in-store

  • Items being processed at the check-out or billing counters



In the event that any product is damaged or broken due to mishandling or negligence by a customer, the customer will be held liable to pay the full Maximum Retail Price (MRP) of the product.


Additionally, any suspected cases of pilferage will be promptly reported to the appropriate authorities. Customers involved in such incidents may face permanent restrictions, including being barred from future visits to all Forest Essentials retail stores.
