Our Store Managers are trained to handle situations involving intimidation or abusive language calmly and professionally. Harassment or abusive behavior towards staff members is not tolerated under any circumstances.
Any incident involving harassment, intimidation, or disrespect will be documented thoroughly. If a customer behaves in a demeaning or disrespectful manner, the Store Manager may intervene and request the customer to leave the premises. Such incidents are reported to senior management for further review.
Customers who engage in harassment may face restrictions, including being banned from future visits. In cases where necessary, law enforcement may be involved to ensure safety and order.
We encourage customers to immediately report any harassment or inappropriate behavior to the Store Manager. Our aim is to maintain professionalism and decorum, ensuring a positive experience for everyone.
